Balsamic Vinaigrette

Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

1 cup Olive Oil
1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar
3 to 5 cloves Garlic, minced
3 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
Salt and Fresh Ground Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation:

Whisk together vinegar, garlic and grated cheese.Slowly drizzle in the oil, whisking constantly, until thickened. Adjust the seasonings to taste. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Bring balsamic vinaigrette to room temperature before using.
