1 cup Fresh Basil Leaves
1/4 cup roasted Garlic
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
3 cups Olive Oil
Salt and Fresh Ground Black Pepper, to taste
In blender, combine the basil, garlic, cheese and vinegar.Turn the motor on low and slowly drizzle the oil into the vinaigrette through the feed tube or top of the blender.Add salt and pepper to basil vinaigrette to taste.
