1 clove Garlic, smashed
2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
5-6 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
pinch of Dried Parsley
pinch of Dried Thyme
Salt and Fresh Ground Black Pepper, to taste
In small bowl, add vinegar, garlic, mustard and mix well. Slowly whisk in olive oil.Add parsley and thyme, salt and pepper, taste mustard vinaigrette and adjust seasonings.
