South American Passion Fruit Smoothie


Serves 2

  • 1/2 cup canned of bottled passion fruit juice
  • 1 large ripe banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • Sugar or honey to taste
  • Mint sprigs for garnish


1. Combine passion fruit juice, banana, yogurt, orange juice, ice cubes, and sugar in a blender.

2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour into 2 tall glasses and garnish with sprigs of fresh mint.
